Overview
CuBeom ("the App") is a block-puzzle game developed by Çağlar ÖZTÜRK. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data when you play CuBeom on iPhone or iPad.
The App does not operate its own servers and does not transmit your personal information to any servers controlled by the developer. Data collection occurs exclusively through the third-party services described below, each governed by their own privacy policies.
Information We Collect
Game Data (stored locally on your device)
All game statistics, high scores, coin balances, theme selections, difficulty settings, and daily-challenge records are saved exclusively in UserDefaults on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud backup, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Advertising Data Google AdMob
The App displays banner and rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:
- Device identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID) if you grant permission
- IP address and general location (country/region)
- Device model, OS version, and language
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
On iOS 14.5 and later the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Personalised ads are shown only if you grant tracking permission; otherwise non-personalised ads are shown.

Game Center Apple
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's leaderboards. Apple may collect your Game Center display name and score data. This feature is entirely optional; you can disable Game Center in iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases Apple StoreKit
Coin packs and the "Remove Ads" purchase are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are verified on-device only.

How We Use Information
- To display relevant advertisements and fund free access to the game
- To record and display your leaderboard scores via Game Center
- To fulfil and restore in-app purchases
- To save your game progress and preferences locally on your device
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties beyond those described above.
Children's Privacy
CuBeom is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data is retained on your device until you delete the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. For data held by Google AdMob, Apple Game Center, or Apple StoreKit, please refer to their respective privacy policies and account management tools.
Your Choices
- Ad tracking: Adjust tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Game Center: Sign out or disable in Settings → Game Center.
- Remove Ads: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option in the App to stop all third-party advertising SDKs from loading.
- Delete local data: Delete the App to remove all locally stored data.
Security
Because we do not operate backend servers, there is no server-side data to secure. All local data is stored within the App's sandboxed container on your device and protected by iOS's built-in security measures.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
